Welcome to Brakmoor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to use our store for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products

We make every effort to show our products, colours and specifications accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and straps or packaging may vary slightly from the photos. All products are subject to availability. Because this is our final season, some items may sell out and will not be restocked.

4. Prices and promotions

• Prices are shown in your local currency where available. The final amount is confirmed at checkout.
• Sale prices and multi-item discounts (extra savings when buying 2, 3 or 4+ items) are applied automatically at checkout while the promotion is running. Promotions may end or change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability. If payment was already taken, you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

7. Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK.

9. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. This is in addition to any legal guarantee you are entitled to in your country.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Brakmoor or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brakmoor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
